UX Researcher

As a UX Researcher, you’ll work at the intersection of research, design, business, and consulting: delivering insights, guiding teams, and taking progressive steps toward a consultative role.

Jobs scope
  • Design and lead end-to-end research: Independently plan, conduct, and analyze a variety of qualitative and quantitative research activities (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability tests, desk research, field studies, and more) to support digital products and services.
  • Deliver actionable insights: Synthesize findings, translate data into clear and commercially effective recommendations, and present your work persuasively to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Facilitate co-design and innovation: Lead or co-lead workshops, design sprints, and ideation sessions with users, clients, and internal teams to surface opportunities and develop user-centered solutions.
  • Shape research and project strategy: Take ownership in scoping project approaches, crafting research strategies, and contributing to client proposals and business development activities.
  • Lead project coordination and stakeholder engagement: Organize and oversee research activities, maintain clear documentation, support effective teamwork, and be a main point of contact for clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Progress into a consultative role: Take the lead in client engagements, advising on research direction, facilitating workshops, and helping define impactful, evidence-backed solutions that align user and business outcomes.
  • Foster team and cultural growth: Support more junior team members, informally mentor peers, and advocate for a user-centered, evidence-driven culture.
