As an Office Administration Intern, you will work closely with teams across the business to gain hands-on experience in supporting daily operations, addressing employee needs, and assisting with scalable administrative initiatives.

Job scope

Managing the things happening inside the office

  • Assist in monitoring the daily happenings inside the office to ensure a welcoming and smooth environment.
  • Help coordinate general repairs and maintenance (e.g., air conditioners, pest control, water dispensers).
  • Track and ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working order.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Research Ops team as needed.

Human Resources Related Matters

  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of onboarding sessions for new full-time members and future interns.
  • Help maintain and organize employees’ personal files and records.
  • Assist in drafting and formatting basic HR and employment-related letters under supervision.
  • Share fresh perspectives by helping us identify potential gaps in our current administrative processes.

Basic Bookkeeping

  • Gain exposure to basic corporate finance by assisting our account team for a few days each month.
  • Help compile and organize office expenditure records.
  • Assist in collecting and organizing business claims from employees for final verification.
Must haves
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
  • No prior professional experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Tech-savvy: Possess the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Curious: Eager to learn, stay up-to-date on administrative tools, and develop problem-solving skills.
